Connecting rods
a set of forged connecting rods by JRspec made in the H-beam technology for Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8/9 cars.
They are made of the highest quality ANSI4340 (EN24) forged steel, strength exceeding 200KM на цилиндр.
Vacuum degassed before processing.
All forgings were X-rayed before processing.
Heat treated (normalized).
Surface blasted (stress-relieved) after processing.
Edges aligned.
each hole was honed twice (before and after the foot was fitted), which guarantees its perfect circle (tolerance 0.01 mm). In addition, the connecting rods have been angled (they are perfectly straight vertically), 0.01 мм - many brand manufacturers have discrepancies exceeding even 0.1 мм, which results in faster wear of the bushings!
